"Will I receive my money back? how long does a bank transfer take?"
You will receive the money back on your bank account. When we send out an E-mail to you after receiving the return, we normally need about 1-3 work days for the transfer of money. We appreciate your understanding that in times of Oktoberfest, the transfer takes 1- 2 work days longer– due to the higher order situation. But we endeavor to do it as fast as possible.
