The company ”Kerstins Landhausmode” reserved not beeing able to deliver one ore more articles or deliver a follow-up modell.
(2) Right of revokation and return of article
The purchaser is able to revoce the contract within one month without giving reasons in the form of a text (e.g. e-mail, letter, fax) or with the return of the articles.
The time limit starts earliest with getting this explanation.
To keep to this limit its enough to return the articles punctual.

The refund of the purchaser price will be transfered via PayPal.
In the case of proportionately return of the articles, there will be a proportionately refund.
The retransfere can take about 7 days.
(4) Delivery of the articles
The company “Kerstins Landhausmode” will deliver the order to the adress the purchaser give us. The delivery take place as quickly as possible. The company “Kerstins Landhausmode” is authorized to do partial delivery. Differences in coloure or design are possible and are no reason to complain about.
(5) Guarantee
The guarantee follows the german judgement. In the case of a defect of an article you can choise if you want a touch up or a supply. If the touch up fail or the supply is defect again, you are able to return the defect article and get the whole purchase price back or you keep the defect article and we reduce the purchase price. Every price in our internetshop is in Euro with the lawful valueadded tax.
You automaticly pay without the german tax, but please notice, that you have to pay duty on the articles you ordere.
(7) Return
The articles have to be in impeccable conditions
Your return have to be enough prepaid. We don’t accept returns which are not prepaid.
The declare of your clothes have to be “return”, the sum of the returning articles have also be declared (copie of the invoice with an hint to the return).
