With the online-order, the buyer make a binding offer and get automaticly a achnowledgement for the order.

(2)    Right of revokation and return of article

 Th purchaser is able to revoce the contract within one month without giving reasons in the form of a text (e.g. e-mail, letter, fax) or with the return of the articles.

The time limit starts earliest with getting this explanation.

To keep to this limit its enough to return the articles punctual.

 The guarantee follows the german judgement. In the case of a defect of an article you can choise if you want a touch up or a supply. If the touch up fail or the supply is defect again, you are able to return the defect article and get the whole purchase price back or you keep the defect article and we reduce the purchase price.  Every price in our internetshop is in Euro with the lawful valueadded tax.

You automaticly pay without the german tax, but please notice, that you have to pay duty on the articles you ordere.

 The articles have to be in impeccable conditions

Your return have to be enough prepaid. We don’t accept returns which are not prepaid.

The declare of your clothes have to be “return”, the sum of the returning articles have also be declared (copie of the invoice with an hint to the return).
